Job summary
A global design firm in Valencia is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage content creation, and analyze performance metrics. BITSCAPES is a group of young architects and artists operating globally and specializing in architectural design and visualization.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at BITSCAPES in Valencia. Responsibilities include and are not limited to architectural design and research, creating design drawings diagrams and other project presentational material.
- Develop and execute Bitscapes' marketing strategy across digital channels.
- Manage content creation for social media, newsletters, website, and campaigns.
- Plan and run lead-generation initiatives and conversion funnels.
- Coordinate with designers and creative teams to align messaging and branding.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for continuous growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and industry influencers.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure high ROI on campaigns.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in design, creative, or digital industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A creative thinker who thrives in a collaborative studio environment.
- Experience with social media management, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Eligibility to live and work in Spain - we DO NOT sponsor visas.
- Expertise with Adobe Suite graphic design software.
