A global logistics company in Madrid is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to optimize last-mile products and enhance logistics experiences for cross-border merchants. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, is bilingual in English and Chinese, and has at least 5 years of experience in logistics, including 3 years in last-mile operation management. This role is crucial for improving service capabilities and product competitiveness.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics industry.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in last-mile operation management.
  • Prior experience in cross-border logistics is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Continuously optimize last-mile products based on product and sales strategies.

  • Continuously optimize last-mile products based on headquarters' and national-level product and sales strategies, leveraging high-quality last-mile service capabilities to facilitate transactions for cross-border merchants and enhance buyer experiences.
  • Proactively monitor core metrics of last-mile products, promptly identify and resolve issues to elevate merchants' logistics experiences.
  • Streamline and standardize operational processes, implementing a closed-loop system for exceptions, and enhance efficiency through digital operations.
  • Consistently develop a service provider evaluation system, enhancing product capabilities and establishing a core competitive edge in the market through high-quality management and collaboration with service providers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with bilingual proficiency in English & Chinese as working languages.
  • Possesses experience in logistics supplier management and coordination, along with a solid understanding of US parcel networks and cross-border business operations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in last-mile operation management in the local market. Prior experience in cross-border logistics is highly desirable.
