We are seeking a Software Solutions Specialist in Renewables to help spearhead Power Factors’ continued growth in the wind, solar, and storage market. As a key team member, you will have the mandate to ensure a smooth client experience from top‑of‑funnel sales engagements. As a Presales role, the Solutions Specialist is a technical profile that supports Sales organization by engaging with prospects and customers as technical advisors. The Solutions Specialist knows our customers’ business intimately and understands the unique challenges and aspirations of each of them.
The Solutions Specialist is an entrepreneurial, cross‑functional role that requires multiple skill sets and involves significant interaction and coordination with prospective customers and Power Factors’ internal sales, engineering, product, development, data science, and customer success teams globally.
The Solutions Specialist plays a strategic role in sales planning and target achievement, facilitating complex technical engagements with our enterprise clients. The Solutions Specialist guides our customers, as well as internal stakeholders like Product, Technology, and Customer Success, through a rigorous discovery to understand our customers’ needs, pain points, and objectives and then present them with the right solution that achieve those objectives and deliver the desired business value.
