A leading e-commerce company in Madrid seeks a professional to lead e-commerce sales strategies, manage product promotions, and analyze market trends. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 2 years of experience in e-commerce or sales planning. Strong Mandarin communication skills are required. This role offers an opportunity in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Responsibilities: -Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions; -With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre; -Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns; -Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition; -Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy; -Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users; -Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; -Strong understanding of e-commerce. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred; -Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills. Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment; -Project management skills; -Excellent communication skills; -Mandarin is a must.
