• What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and client success managers to understand client technical requirements
  • Develop and execute technical solutions for enterprise and retail clients in alignment with company goals
  • Oversee the design and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical solutions, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Prepare technical response packages for client requests and communicate solutions effectively
  • Stay updated on industry trends and drive innovation within the Global Solutions & Sales Engineering team
• What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) or equivalent experience (5+ years)
  • Relevant experience in a technical role including pre-sales support, operations, and design consulting
  • Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, CFD Modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
• How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in technical pre-sales and/or project management
  • Familiarity with competitive offerings in the data center industry
  • Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with drafting software like Bluebeam
  • Knowledge of modern data center and IT client requirements
