The position offers a base salary of up to €48,000 plus performance bonuses, with the opportunity for remote work across Europe.

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive People Manager to build and shape our HR function from the ground up. As our first dedicated People hire, you will play a pivotal role in setting up the processes, tools, and culture that enable our team to thrive.
In the immediate term, you will focus on strengthening recruitment, onboarding, and core HR routines. Over time, this role may evolve to cover the full people spectrum, from performance management and learning & development to engagement, culture, and compliance.
This is a permanent role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
