Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) Remote (Spain) Audio Equipment

• As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of the brand ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and valued.
• Respond to incoming customer requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide technical support on products / apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring advanced IT and audio expertise.
• Keep up-to-date with product applications and knowledge base to deliver accurate solutions.
• Proactively update customers on the status and progress of their cases.

• Proficient / Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
• Strong customer care skills with a genuine passion for problem-solving.
• Solid IT knowledge in: Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music & Audiovisual Products.
• Comfortable working in Windows and Mac environments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service ideally in technical support.
• A positive attitude, flexibility and resilience under pressure.

• Full-time contract (39h / week) Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 09:00 – 20:00.
• Competitive salary: 19634 EUR gross / year up to 1920 EUR gross / year bonus.
