Workster is partnering with a global leader in healthcare to recruit a Spanish-speaking Healthcare Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for consumers seeking support for a leading healthcare brand. If you are passionate about helping others, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, this is the role for you!

Your Role
  • Act as the face of the brand, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and product-related concerns.
  • Use active listening and conversational leadership skills to understand consumer issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Offer empathetic support, especially for sensitive or complex customer cases.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and understand consumer expectations for each category.
  • Share ideas and contribute to improving the quality of services provided, making a positive impact on the team’s growth.
  • Help build a supportive team environment by mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
Your Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and good command of English.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer experience centers is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with basic computer skills.
  • Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
  • High school education or equivalent required.
