The role involves providing technical support for EV charging products, assisting customers and installation partners, and collaborating with the sales team. The ideal candidate is fluent in multiple languages and has experience in customer support roles. As a Customer Operations Executive, you’ll play a critical role across the full customer journey – from first contact through installation and aftercare. You’ll provide technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead and CRM management. This hands‑on, customer‑facing role collaborates closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience across Southern European markets.
- Provide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners
- Troubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering teams when required
- Guide customers through the EV charger installation process and monitor installer performance
- Manage and assign installation partners based on surveys, availability, and capacity
- Support the sales team by tracking, updating, and qualifying leads in CRM systems
- Create and improve documentation to streamline customer support and reduce inbound queries
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and Italian, with professional proficiency in English
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer operations, support, or technical support role
- Experience working with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable solving complex, technical problems
- Experience or strong interest in the EV charging, energy, or cleantech sector (is a strong advantage)

Compensation: up to €45k plus benefits
