A next-generation cleantech scale-up is seeking a Customer Operations Executive in Barcelona. The role involves providing technical support for EV charging products, assisting customers and installation partners, and collaborating with the sales team. As a Customer Operations Executive, you’ll play a critical role across the full customer journey – from first contact through installation and aftercare. You’ll provide technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead and CRM management. This hands‑on, customer‑facing role collaborates closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver a seamless, high‑quality experience across Southern European markets.
You’ll be based in Barcelona, working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. The role offers a hybrid setup, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.
