Job summary
A global IT services firm in Madrid seeks an experienced professional in Exchange administration. You will manage the migration from On-prem to Office 365, troubleshoot various mailbox and mail flow issues, and create necessary documentation. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Exchange technologies and be eager to take on new challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing and migrating mailboxes from On-prem to Office 365.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Exchange mailbox and mail flow issues.
- Solid understanding of archiving and journaling functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Manage & Migrate from On-prem to Office 365 / Exchange mailboxes.
- Troubleshoot Mailbox / shared mailbox / Conference Room Issues.
- Troubleshoot Mail flow issues / Archiving & Journaling.
- Resolve DirSync issues.
- Create High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
