In this role, you will leverage your language skills and cloud technology expertise to drive sales and handle customer engagements. Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and partners, positioning solutions in the cloud domain (Modern Workplace, Data & BI, Apps & Infra, Business Applications)
  • Secure new customer wins and maximise up-sell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and partner teams
  • Present value-driven Microsoft-cloud propositions aligned to customer business objectives
  • Perform technical overviews, feasibility assessments and pricing calculations to ensure accurate service offerings
  • Act as the technical lead for the telesales team, conducting group and one-on-one trainings across the center
  • Keep up-to-date with cloud innovations, competitive offerings and industry shifts to accelerate customer success
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline
What we’re looking for
  • C2/C1 Swedish and B2/C1 English
  • 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience; technical sales or pre‑sales background preferred
  • Solid knowledge of end‑user cloud scenarios and ability to translate architecture into business value
  • Familiarity with identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance in cloud/hybrid solutions
  • Experience with cloud deployment, adoption planning, migrations and management of productivity/collaboration platforms
  • Minimum certification at Fundamentals level upon entering the role; L200-level certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar preferred)
  • Strong communicator, thrives in dynamic environment, takes initiative and embraces change
