A leading e-commerce company in Madrid is seeking an experienced HR professional to facilitate organizational and cultural change. The role emphasizes support for employees, collaboration with management, and engaging with the local Works Council. Candidates should have over 5 years of HR experience and be fluent in Spanish and English. This position is an opportunity for an experienced HR profressional to act as a coach and change agent that partners with managers to facilitate organizational and cultural change. You will regularly work across a wide range of areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, labour law, HR regulations, employee engagement, and talent development. The ability to understand the role of each business function in the organization will be critical to your success.
