You'll be part of our Claims team, responsible for the full development lifecycle of the reimbursement claims decision-making process for our clients. This includes analyzing veterinary documents and invoices, and implementing automated validation systems to determine coverage eligibility.
This claims process handles over €50 million annually, with an opportunity to save €2 million for the company, making this a high-impact role.
The Claims team aims to automate pet health insurance claims processing. When pet parents request reimbursement through our app by uploading documents, our system analyzes these to make accurate coverage decisions, handling complex scenarios such as:
