A leading investment management firm is looking for a Senior Manager, Propositions to lead the development and management of innovative investment strategies. The role demands a strong background in finance or actuarial science, with over a decade of experience in asset management. This position will be vital in driving customer-centric investment propositions and collaborating with various business units.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Accountancy required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in asset management.
• Fund Management License certification/license required.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and enhancement of investment-linked product propositions.
• Manage end-to-end product initiatives for investment-linked products.
• Assist with operational responsibilities of the Fund Approval System.

About the Role

Join us as Senior Manager, Propositions at AIA Investment Management!

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Propositions to work closely with Local Business Units (LBUs) to provide strategic direction to drive the development, management, and promotion of customer-centric, innovative, and synergetic investment-led propositions that further AIA Group's ambition in wealth and long-term savings.

Responsibilities

• BU engagement - ILPs: Supporting the development and continuous enhancement of investment-linked product propositions by working closely with LBUs to co-develop investment-linked product propositions for various markets and channels. Excite & activate LBU teams and partners with effective propositions.
• BU engagement – Pension Funds: Supporting pension fund propositions, working with LBUs to co-develop retirement solutions for different markets and channels.
• Product development and management: Managing end-to-end product initiatives, focusing on investment-linked products/funds, including documentation, liaising with service providers, legal/tax advisors, and coordinating resources for successful launches.
• Support Fund Approval System: Assisting with BAU responsibilities to keep the fund approval system operational, liaising with LBU, collaborating on reviews, and implementing continuous enhancements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Accountancy
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management
• Fund Management License certification/license
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
