Marketing Manager à Allemagne

Renesas is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Principal Global Technology Marketing Manager for Motor Control Solutions. This position is based in one of our offices in Germany, such as Düsseldorf, Munich, Dresden, or Nabern, with the possibility of remote work within Germany.

Renesas is accelerating its development of motor control solutions. As Technology Marketing Manager, you will define solutions by consolidating market requirements based on analysis of technology trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market environment.

This is a global role offering the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, providing high visibility and impact.

1. Research market technology trends from customer and application perspectives.
2. Identify market growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
3. Analyze system architectures and propose optimizations for the Renesas roadmap.
4. Define requirements and develop the roadmap for motor control software, firmware, and tools to ensure they are state-of-the-art with outstanding features and user experience.
5. Collaborate with global business development teams to consolidate technology and market requirements.
6. Coordinate proof of concepts and testbed activities with partners.
7. Create product value propositions, propose roadmaps, and build business cases.

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Openness to exploring new technologies and markets to derive implementation strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at technical and business levels.
• Proven experience in transforming technical and market requirements into business cases.
• Semiconductor marketing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
• Familiarity with motor control frameworks for semiconductors.
• Result-oriented, self-organized, motivated, and independent thinker.
