Job description

Youre passionate about marketing and ready to take on responsibility

As a Regional Marketing Manager US (f / m / d) you will work closely with our central marketing team to expand Natuvions brand presence in the United States. You will translate our global marketing strategy into an effective US gotomarket approach develop and plan regional campaigns across relevant channels and collaborate closely with Sales and partners.

Your goal : strong market visibility and measurable business impact in the region.

Your Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Ownership :

You are responsible for planning prioritizing and executing all regional marketing activities for Natuvion Americas in close alignment with Global Marketing and the US team. You adapt and localize global initiatives specifically for the US market.

Demand & Lead Generation :

You design and manage integrated campaigns to generate leads and pipeline (e.g. paid campaigns content syndication webinars). Together with Sales you ensure highquality lead handover and further development (nurturing marketing automation).

Market Presence :

You establish a continuous presence within relevant US target groups and industries through tailored content formats PR impulses social media activities and community / event engagement.

Events & Partner Marketing :

You plan and support regional events (digital and onsite) as well as comarketing activities with partners to increase reach and pipeline in the US market.

Sales Alignment :

You work closely with the global and regional sales teams on shared goals target account prioritization and campaignready assets.

Reporting & Performance Management :

You track and report the performance of your activities along our marketing funnel.

Job requirements
Your Profile
  • You bring relevant professional experience in marketing ideally in a B2B or IT / software environment.
  • You have a strong sense for targetgrouporiented communication and marketing formats commonly used in the US market; experience in US marketing is a plus.
  • You are proficient in working with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
  • You possess nativelevel English skills as well as fluent German.
  • You combine a structured independent and reliable working style with a strong commitment to quality.
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and are motivated to actively help build a marketing setup in the target market.
