What You’ll Do

• Own and execute data-driven growth marketing programs for assigned industry segments, products, and customer base, with a focus on DACH and European volume markets
• Build customer and market insight – including personas, segmentation, and differentiated messaging – and translate commercial objectives into measurable growth plans across awareness, demand, and pipeline
• Design, optimize, and scale multi-channel growth campaigns across paid and organic channels, web, trade media, and content marketing, with clear performance and ROI tracking
• Work closely with sales, market development, and product management as a trusted growth partner, aligning marketing with business targets and funnel performance
• Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new approaches, sharing best practices and learnings, and contributing to scalable tools, frameworks, and marketing technologies – while ensuring alignment with the global brand platform

• Relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or marketing communications
• Proven experience in data-driven demand generation and funnel optimization, ideally in volume-driven or European markets
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights
• Fluent written and spoken English and German. Additional languages are considered a plus.
• Growth-oriented mindset: Curiosity, experimentation, and a focus on measurable impact across the customer acquisition funnel
• Content and digital capability: Hands‑on experience with content marketing, digital campaigns, and AI-enabled marketing tools
• Collaboration and execution: Structured project management skills and confidence to work closely with sales, product, and commercial stakeholders
