Tasks & responsibilities

• In your new role, you will support the execution of strategic and operational matters of the unit Leadership Team, to drive related operations and business outcomes.
• As the anchor of cross-functional strategic R&D initiatives, you will guide project steering together with initiative owners and support scientific delivery
• Coordinate project portfolio management by implementing frameworks and concepts for planning & reporting
• Support strategic steering of our scientific investments, including tracking of high-priority strategic goals.
• Connect high-level scientific and business content and strategic directions to enable decision-making and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Interact with all groups to identify, prioritize, and address needs related to execution of strategy and operations

Requirements

• PhD in a relevant biomedical field
• Experience post PhD in a scientific environment, ideally related to pharma R&D
• Experience in drug development and pharmaceutical R&D business processes is advantageous
• Proven track record of project management, organizational skills, problem-solving
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex concepts
• Experience in computer sciences or data driven science is a plus
