Yamaha Music Europe is looking for a dynamic and driven Product & Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Pro Audio team, focusing on consumer-oriented products such as studio monitors, USB interfaces, streaming gear, headphones, microphones, and supporting software. Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Pro Audio B2C Products
- Focus: Music Production & Streaming -
Your duties:
Product Management
- Act as the European Product Specialist for Yamaha's Pro Audio B2C (CS&C) hardware and software portfolio
- Support product launches across Europe, coordinating with our headquarters in Japan (YCJ) and regional marketing teams
- Provide technical sales support and consultancy to partners, colleagues, and institutions
- Participate in setting product pricing for the European market
- Deliver training sessions (on-site and virtual), webinars, and demo sessions to internal and external audiences
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor analysis, and user requirements to drive future product development
- Create product training materials, support LMS content development (Audioversity), and review prototypes
- Collaborate with strategic partners on product testing, co-marketing, and event planning
Marketing
- Support planning and execution of the annual Pan-European marketing plan for Pro Audio B2C.
- Drive and implement marketing campaigns (digital & physical) in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team and DMI Business Unit.
- Plan and support promotional events, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage and grow Yamaha Pro Audio's B2C social media presence, ensuring regular, engaging, and strategic content.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of email/newsletter marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain marketing content: videos, visuals, sales and training materials in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Liaise with agencies and freelancers as needed for execution of campaigns and creative production.
Your profile:- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Audio Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of consumer audio products, content creation, and home studio setups
- Experience in product marketing and digital campaigns is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and video creation software
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across international teams
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); other European languages are a plus
