About this role

As a Senior Marketing Manager , you will work closely with the Head of Marketing Strategy DE to shape marketing strategy and ensure critical initiatives are delivered and get live. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on operational execution, project management, and cross‑functional coordination.

You will partner closely with DE Commercial, CRM, Global Product, Marketing and Operations teams, acting as a key POC for DE Marketing on priority workstreams. A core focus will be driving experimentation and testing across Marketing DE - owning test roadmaps, coordinating execution, and translating learnings into scalable playbooks.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role :

• Support execution of the marketing strategy and track delivery against OGSM KPIs
• Leverage centralised & local insights, learnings, and competitive intelligence to optimise marketing strategies and key KPIs for DE
• Own and coordinate cross‑functional workstreams critical to launch and scale key initiatives
• Act as project / campaign manager for selected strategic initiatives, from planning to go‑live
• Build and manage the experimentation and test roadmap for Marketing DE, ensuring clear objectives, measurement, and learnings
• Translate insights and data into clear recommendations for the Marketing Management team
• Develop and maintain marketing playbooks, frameworks, and KPI models
• Track performance and facilitate best‑practice sharing across the DE Marketing team

What will you bring to the table?

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and strong knowledge of the German market are a plus
• Experience in marketing strategy, marketing operations, or a senior marketing role; tech company experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end marketing execution, including experimentation
• Proven project and campaign management experience in cross‑functional settings
• Strong business, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style
