Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community-setting services. CTG is relaunching its Home Support Worker program for the 4th year in a row, offering paid virtual classroom training, hands-on experience, and potential employment opportunities upon completion.

Location: This position is based within the Timmins District.

You Will

• Learn the value and impact of home care in the community
• Support individuals with daily routines like bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene and peri-care
• Receive training in household management, and safe mobility practices
• Build confidence in basic health assessments and reporting
• Become a trusted member of a multi-disciplinary care team
