We seek enthusiastic individuals who share our values to join our growing team in a dynamic environment.

We offer full-time positions for Warehouse Associates on day (7:30 - 4:00) and afternoon (3:45 - 12:15) shifts at our Thorold distribution center.

Responsibilities:

• Work scheduled shifts promptly and prepared to start
• Lift totes and boxes weighing approximately 45 lbs.
• Collaborate with team members on book-handling tasks (sorting, shipping)
• Perform tasks involving standing, bending, squatting, and lifting
• Follow safety procedures in line with our Health and Safety Program
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
• Utilize warehouse management software for inventory and order accuracy
• Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Warehouse experience is an asset
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Comfort with basic computer tasks
• Basic English communication skills
• Attention to detail and proactive improvement sharing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
