Job summary
A leading energy company is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Edmonton to provide strategic direction and lead project execution. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in project management, specifically within multi-discipline construction and engineering environments. This position includes a salary of up to $155,000/year, competitive benefits, and flexible work options, including a hybrid model.

- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members.
- Establish systems, processes, and procedures for data management.
- Lead the team in site scheduling to optimize project execution.
- Monitor and communicate schedule and coordination risks.
- Analyze contracting strategies for optimization opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics (Honors), or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management with knowledge of Project Controls
- Strong understanding of complex multi-discipline project construction and engineering principles
- Experience with construction activities in industrial facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and civil components
- High level of understanding of pipeline systems, terminals, and station operations
- Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution & Construction, and Commissioning experience
- Familiarity with interdependencies of labor, equipment, materials, and permits in project execution
