TheMaintenance Supervisorcontributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by overseeing the preventative maintenance and repair of plant equipment to ensure uninterrupted day to day operations. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for developing trained and capable front line union/non-union employees.

Compensation: $63,300-$103,200

Responsibilities
  • Applies theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
  • Oversees and maintains support equipment including air compressors, water treatment, refrigeration, hydraulics, electrical, boilers and sanitation
  • Oversees and maintains building infrastructure including welding and fabrication, concrete/asphalt and roofs
  • Oversees and maintains production line (filling, coding and conveying)
  • Sets front-line performance standards providing coaching and feedback to build capability and improve performance
  • Leads TPM implementation of PM Phase 1 pillar assigned such as work order management, BDA, or spare parts management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 3 plus years of manufacturing/maintenance supervisory experience required
  • 5-8 years of experience in Maintenance required
  • Experience in consumer package products or similar industry preferred
  • Strong employee relations, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skillsStrong computer skills required
  • Solid problem solving, planning, process
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
