Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members to foster ownership and leadership development
- Establish and coordinate systems, processes, and procedures for team members, including data management practices
- Lead the team in detailed site scheduling to optimize project execution and minimize risks
- Monitor and communicate schedule and coordination risks to relevant partners
- Analyze contracting strategies and provide recommendations for optimization opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics (Honors), or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management with knowledge of Project Controls
- Strong understanding of complex multi-discipline project construction and engineering principles
- Experience with construction activities in industrial facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and civil components
- High level of understanding of pipeline systems, terminals, and station operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution & Construction, and Commissioning experience
- Familiarity with interdependencies of labor, equipment, materials, and permits in project execution
