Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members to foster ownership and leadership development
• Establish and coordinate systems, processes, and procedures for team members, including data management practices
• Lead the team in detailed site scheduling to optimize project execution and minimize risks
• Monitor and communicate schedule and coordination risks to relevant partners
• Analyze contracting strategies and provide recommendations for optimization opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Economics (Honors), or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management with knowledge of Project Controls
• Strong understanding of complex multi-discipline project construction and engineering principles
• Experience with construction activities in industrial facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and civil components
• High level of understanding of pipeline systems, terminals, and station operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering, Procurement, Contracting, Execution & Construction, and Commissioning experience
• Familiarity with interdependencies of labor, equipment, materials, and permits in project execution
