Job summary

A community service organization in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee individual and group counselling programs for survivors of gender-based violence. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's level degree and extensive experience in gender-based violence services, alongside strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in gender-based violence services.
  • Formal training and proven experience in providing supervision.
  • Deep understanding of therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight for individual and group counselling programs.
  • Support public education initiatives around gender-based violence.
  • Manage the delivery of intervention programs for individuals.
