A leading automotive supplier based in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of the automotive industry. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role provides leadership and direction to the Maintenance department and its staff members. This is a three-shift rotation position with a two week rotation.
