We are currently seeking a Load Planner/Dispatcher - Bulk to join our team at our Thunder Bay, ON Bulk Terminal.
Summary
Reporting to the Bulk Dispatch Manager, the Bulk Load Planner/Dispatcher will handle all day-to-day activities related to load planning to ensure maximum efficiency of equipment and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Must have 1-2 years of related experience. Excellent computer skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on professional customer service. Ability to contribute to the development of Bulk business and communicate effectively with customers. Experience with deck activities and general freight handling is preferred. Knowledge of deck dispatch operations is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Some physical demands may include prolonged sitting and screen time.
