Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Alberta is seeking an Intermediate Planner / Scheduler to support project delivery. This role involves developing schedules, tracking progress, and collaborating with teams in both office and field settings. The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of experience in planning and scheduling, particularly in energy and infrastructure projects, and is proficient in software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

  • 4–9 years of relevant planning and scheduling experience in EPCM projects.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases including FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning.
  • Certifications such as PMP or PSP are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated Level 14 project schedules.
  • Track and analyze actual progress against the baseline schedule.
  • Work with teams to gather input and validate schedule logic.

Education

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
