Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial supervisory or materials management experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Prior experience in precast concrete or similar manufacturing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reinforcing, carpentry, insulation and stores department.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate workflow, labor assignments, and material flow.
• Lead and supervise employees to meet daily targets.
• Train, mentor, and develop production employees.
