Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Production Coordinator to join their growing team. In this key role, you’ll oversee the full production cycle—from managing timelines and vendor communication to ensuring accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. Reporting to the Production Director, you’ll also support quality control, logistics, and day-to-day production operations.

- Oversee and track production timelines and critical paths for all active orders
- Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors to ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor approvals, purchase orders, and shipping schedules
- Manage overseas parcel tracking and ensure all shipments arrive on time with proper documentation
- Handle daily FedEx shipments including pickups/drop-offs of samples and essential documents
- Maintain and update internal production systems with key follow-ups and status updates
- Generate and place purchase orders
- Organize and manage all production-related files and documentation
- Support sample and costing management in partnership with production and design teams
- Collaborate closely with design, tech, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Assist in resolving production challenges such as delays, quality issues, or compliance concerns
- Ensure all production meets the packaging and compliance standards required by Costco and other retail partners
- Experience coordinating production with overseas vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of apparel production, logistics, and compliance processes
