Job summary
A local restaurant in Calgary is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise staff and manage operations. You will develop budgets, control daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma and 1-2 years of experience. The role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills, offering a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
Qualifications

- Attention to detail required for managing daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop budget to determine cost of food and supplies.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
- Address customer complaints and provide service.
Skills
Education
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
