We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant functions, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of hospitality. A background in bartending & mixology is recommended.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise and motivate staff, including interviewing, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Manage OpenTable & Toast; must be literate in Excel & PowerPoint (menu creation).
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food presentation and service flow.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Background in food service, restaurant experience, or kitchen management is highly desirable.
