Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and professional bar staff to join our talented team. As a member of Banter Room, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour.
2. Provide knowledgeable and attentive service, guiding guests through our menu of crafted cocktails and exquisite food offerings.
3. Collaborate with our floor servicer and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the bar and restaurant.
5. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and in a timely manner.
6. Uphold Banter Room's standards of excellence in all interactions and tasks.
7. Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are meticulously executed.
8. Continuously expand your knowledge of our menu offerings, including seasonal and signature cocktails.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a high-paced bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
6. Strong knowledge of classic cocktail preparation and bar operations is a must.
7. An interest in beer and wine is a plus.
8. Serving It Right certification or equivalent is required.
