A local restaurant in Williams Lake is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the food service field, including supervisory responsibilities. Job Duties:
· Oversee and manage the overall operations of the restaurant
· Define the range of services offered and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance service quality
· Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
· Develop and manage staff schedules while monitoring productivity and overall work performance
· Maintain inventory control, track revenues, and adjust pricing and procedures as needed
· Address customer concerns promptly and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
· Establish and negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure food and other essential supplies at competitive rates
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service field including supervisory experience are required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
