Job summary
A local restaurant in Kamloops is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory roles, and must have completed secondary school. The position offers a wage of $35.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on experience, with additional vacation pay.

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control the overall operations of the restaurant.
- Determine adequate service types and set up operational procedures.
- Hire staff and supervise staff training.
- Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance.
- Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety standards.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for the cost of supplies.

- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $35.00~$37.00/hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- 4% vacation pay
- Plan, organize, and control the overall operations of the restaurant
- Determine adequate service types and set up an implication of the operational procedures
- Hire staff and supervise staff training
- Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance
- Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints and monitor health and safety conducts are ensured accordingly
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for the cost of supplies
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
