  • Wage: $32.00 ~ $38.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities
  • Plan, manage and evaluate the overall performance of daily restaurant operations
  • Establish staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and conduct performance reviews
  • Establish and implement customer service standards and operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices as needed
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial forms
  • Recruit and train staff, overseeing ongoing staff development
Job Requirements
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
