We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, focusing on front-of-house leadership and support for kitchen activities.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage scheduling and monitor performance.
  • Drive sales through effective planning, forecasting, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure accurate cash handling and payment processing.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and overall restaurant presentation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Enforce company policies related to conduct, attendance, uniforms, and appearance.
  • Use guest feedback tools to enhance service quality and team performance.
  • Promote a culture of safety, sanitation, and teamwork.
  • Uphold brand standards to ensure consistent guest experiences and maximize profitability.
Employment requirements
  • Management degree or college diploma in hospitality or food and beverage service management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service industry, including time spent in a supervisory, leadership, or management role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Food Safety Certificate, or willingness to obtain before the employment start date.
