- Communicating with central dispatch for nightly lineup and coordinating any last-minute changes
- Organizing and assigning duties to crew members, ensuring optimal workforce utilization
- Overseeing the loading and unloading of trailers, meeting target times and maintaining efficiency
- Billing and manifesting Musselwhite consolidation load, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Hours of work Monday to Thursday night starting at 9:00pm, Friday night starting at 8:00pm
- Good organizational skills
- Supervisory skills
- Forklift certified
- Knowledge of AS400
- Knowledge of dangerous goods
- Able to meet set targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
