On-Site Berry Farm Operations Supervisor
Descripción de la vacante
A governmental organization in the Metro Vancouver Regional District is seeking a Farm Supervisor to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures while supervising staff. The ideal candidate will have a trades certificate or diploma and between 1 to 2 years of experience in farm management. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment without remote options available.

- Experience in equipment safety assessments and maintenance.
- Knowledge of documentation related to maintenance and repair.
Responsabilidades
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
- Supervise staff and maintain work records.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
