- Maintain aircraft in accordance with airworthiness standards and OEM instructions.
- Perform heavy and line maintenance, repairs, and daily inspections as detailed in the Maintenance Policy Manual.
- Complete and certify work reports for all work accomplished.
- Follow company procedures, safe work practices, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with a high-performance team and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Assume other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
- Valid Transport Canada M1 License (newly licensed welcome).
- Experience with piston and Honeywell Turboprop aircraft preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Proven track record on complex assignments requiring judgment, initiative, and technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability during summer months for 2‑week field assignments.
