Job Description

Summer Student programs at Allegion Canada help us connect with some of the best and the brightest on their way to impacting our industry in big ways. Participation in our summer programs helps us curate pipelines to high performers as they prepare to enter the workforce in the future.

Customer Experience Representative

Students will get the opportunity to learn about critical functions of our CX team on a daily basis. Gain hands‑on exposure to our product line & systems in a highly collaborative team environment.

What You Will Do:

Gain firsthand exposure in reviewing & resolving a myriad of product inquiries such as:

  • Consumer Replacements
  • Order status updates
  • Expedite requests
  • Learn to effectively communicate with the general public via ZenDesk's ticketing system
  • Work exclusively on warranty replacement orders for the home channel (defective, no inspection warranty claims)
  • Learn to navigate an ERP system (AS400)
