Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) – M1 License

MAG Aerospace Canada, a leader in specialized aviation services, invites a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with an M1 license to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
  • Maintain aircraft in accordance with airworthiness standards and OEM instructions.
  • Perform heavy and line maintenance, repairs, and daily inspections as detailed in the Maintenance Policy Manual.
  • Complete and certify work reports for all work accomplished.
  • Follow company procedures, safe work practices, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with a high-performance team and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Qualifications
  • Valid Transport Canada M1 License (newly licensed welcome).
  • Experience with piston and Honeywell Turboprop aircraft preferred.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Proven track record on complex assignments requiring judgment, initiative, and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability during summer months for 2‑week field assignments.
