Job summary
A local convenience store in Eastern Ontario is seeking a team leader to supervise staff and manage daily operations. Responsibilities include training new employees, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining inventory. Candidates must have a secondary school diploma and experience in a similar role. Qualifications
- Experience supervising staff, assigning duties, and training employees is required.

Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and assign duties effectively.
- Hire and train new staff as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales and manage inventory.
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
