Job summary
A healthcare provider in Sioux Lookout is seeking a Nurse for the Northern Clinic. The role involves providing direct patient care in a primary care setting according to best practice guidelines. Applicants must hold current RN or RPN registration with CNO and possess strong clinical skills, with an emphasis on communication and collaboration within a medical team. Preference is given to persons of First Nations ancestry. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact in the community.
Qualifications
- Current Registration in good standing as an RN or RPN with CNO.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Current BCLS certification or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care under CNO guidelines and standards.
- Document patient history, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with medical team for appropriate primary care.
- Maintain confidentiality under PHIPPA.
