Job summary

A leading health organization in Manitoba is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing services to clients within the community. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, active registration with the CRNM, and a minimum of 2 years of primary care experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recent primary care or community health nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based triage and assessment for clients.
  • Perform various nursing procedures like immunizations and treatments.
  • Document client encounters in EMR accurately.
  • Mentor students and support staff learning.
  • Participate in community health clinics and outreach.

Current CPR certification

Education

Bachelor of Nursing Degree
