OSP CBT Therapist - Telemedicine & Community Outreach
Job summary
A mental health service provider in Ottawa seeks a qualified professional to deliver psychological treatment and manage the intake process for clients within their care. The role requires a graduate-level degree in a health-related or clinical field, registration with a Regulatory College in Ontario, and at least five years of direct experience. Bilingual skills in French and English are desired. The candidate should be familiar with evidence-based CBT treatment and committed to working effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of direct service experience in a health care setting.
- Registered in good standing with a Regulatory College in Ontario.
- Knowledge of applicable legislated Acts like MHA and PHIPA.
Responsibilities
- Triage and accept referrals per OSP CBT protocols.
- Manage and evaluate the intake process.
- Provide psychological treatment individually and in groups.
