A leading engineering consulting firm in York Region is seeking a Project Coordinator for Multimodal Mobility and Safety projects. The role involves project planning, coordination with teams, and client liaison. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 2–5 years of related experience, preferably in road safety. This position offers a hybrid work environment and a supportive culture focused on teamwork and professional development.
The Project Coordinator – Multimodal Mobility and Safety will support the planning, coordination, and management of multimodal transportation studies and road safety projects, including transportation forensic engineering investigations. In this role, you will assist in developing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating with internal teams, sub-consultants, and stakeholders, and preparing project documentation. You will participate in client and stakeholder meetings, support proposal preparation, and assist transportation and transportation forensic engineers with field data collection, site visits, analysis, client meetings and reports, including assisting/attending court hearings.
