We are currently searching for a passionate and reliable Production Team Leader to oversee our weekend operations, specifically on Saturday and Sunday. Responsibilities

• Oversee the production activities during weekend shifts, ensuring teams meet operational goals efficiently.
• Lead and develop your team of production operatives to ensure they understand processes and standards.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety policies and ensure quality control throughout production.
• Collaborate with management to assess production metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
• Encourage open communication within your team, providing feedback and support to foster a motivated work environment.
• Actively problem-solve to address any challenges that arise during production shifts.
